Rules of use
Sis ir demonstracija, nevis publisks pakalpojums.
What this is
A demonstration of a meeting product, open to at most 20 people, each of whom was given an invitation code by hand. There is no sign-up without one. Some of the profiles you will see are part of the demonstration cast and carry a DEMO badge: nobody is behind them, and they will never answer.
It may be reset to its starting state at any time, which removes every account, conversation and meeting, including yours. It is not a service you should rely on.
What is asked of you
- Be 18 or older. Sign-up refuses a younger date of birth, and so does the database.
- Be yourself. Misrepresenting who you are is a reportable reason and clears any verification.
- Meet in public the first time. You choose the point on the map yourselves, and the app says so when the one you chose is far from anywhere public.
- Do not put anyone else's details into a profile, a message or a photograph.
Meeting a stranger
This software introduces people; it does not vouch for them. Nobody's identity or age has been verified by a document — an invitation from the operator is the whole of what stands behind another person being here.
Every meeting screen carries the emergency number of the city it is in: Rīga — 112; New York City — 911. Tell somebody where you are going.
Stopping
Ask at privacy@meetmatch.world and the account goes, on the terms set out in the privacy notice. The operator can also withdraw an invitation or remove an account at any time, which is what a closed demonstration means.
